About the Role

Raytheon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support our teams in Richardson, TX. In this onsite role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and support mission-critical software solutions of moderate to high complexity. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to mission success by improving the Matching Team's rapid data materialization and de-duplication performance, strengthening analytics workflows, and supporting customer demonstrations with clear technical communication.

This position requires technical independence and strong problem-solving skills. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines to develop Python services, build and optimize triplestore/knowledge graph solutions, and contribute to system design. As a senior engineer, you will provide guidance to junior team members and ensure the implementation of secure development practices.

Hiring Process and Application

This position requires an active and transferable Top Secret (TS/SCI) U.S. government-issued security clearance on day one. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
