About the Role

Raytheon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support our teams in Richardson, TX. You will have the opportunity to design, develop, integrate, test, and support mission-critical software solutions with moderate to high complexity. This role requires technical independence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.

In this onsite position, you will contribute to system design and implement advanced analytics capabilities. You will work to improve the Matching Team's rapid data materialization and de-duplication performance, strengthen analytics workflows, and support customer demonstrations with clear technical communication. Hiring Process and Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (TS/SCI) prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
