About the Role

Raytheon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support our teams in Richardson, TX. In this onsite role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and support mission-critical software solutions of moderate to high complexity. You will have the opportunity to contribute to system design and implement advanced analytics capabilities, specifically focusing on improving the Matching Team's rapid data materialization and de-duplication performance.

This position requires technical independence and strong problem-solving skills. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines, provide guidance to junior engineers, and support customer demonstrations with clear technical communication. Your work will directly impact program execution and mission success by building and optimizing triplestore and knowledge graph solutions.

Hiring Process and Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (TS/SCI) prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
