As a Senior Red Team Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in validating the security of the nation's most critical systems. This position exists to bridge the gap between offensive cyber operations and robust software engineering. You will design and develop advanced penetration testing and red team capabilities, performing reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development. Your work will directly empower our expert operations team to achieve mission objectives by crafting new scripts and integrating capabilities into frameworks like Cobalt Strike. This is a high-impact role for a motivated professional ready to apply cutting-edge technology to support national security efforts.
Candidates must be prepared to pass the Advanced Cyber Red Team Senior Developer Aptitude Test (SDAT) prior to onboarding. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 15% (CONUS/OCONUS) to support operational needs.
