The Senior Scheduler I serves as a pivotal leader within our project teams, providing comprehensive oversight of all planning and scheduling activities. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in an ever-changing environment, requiring flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach. You will not only manage the technical aspects of scheduling but also nurture a collaborative team environment, coaching and mentoring field personnel, forepersons, and assistant superintendents.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between various stakeholders, maintaining relationships with customers, architects, union representatives, and subcontractors. Your day-to-day involves ensuring that corporate planning standards are implemented, managing site logistics efficiently, and implementing Mortenson's Zero Injury Safety Program. You will exercise mature judgment to solve unprecedented problems on complex projects while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous career growth.
