The Senior Scheduler I is a pivotal leadership position designed to provide comprehensive oversight of all planning and scheduling activities within a dynamic, ever-changing environment. This role exists to ensure that corporate planning standards are implemented and that all project-related activities remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with Mortenson's high standards of professionalism.\n In this position, you will serve as a mentor and coach to field personnel, forepersons, and assistant superintendents, fostering a teamwork environment where crews have the necessary resources and support to succeed. You will be responsible for managing site work and logistics, identifying hiring needs, and participating in critical personnel decisions. The role requires a high level of flexibility and resourcefulness, as you will navigate complex project sequencing, manage open shop and union issues, and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including customers, architects, and subcontractors.
