The Senior Scheduler serves as the strategic oversight leader for all planning and scheduling activities within the organization. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in an ever-changing environment, requiring flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach. You will not only manage the technical aspects of scheduling but also lead a team, coaching and mentoring field personnel, forepersons, and assistant superintendents to foster a strong teamwork environment.
In this position, you will ensure that corporate planning standards are implemented and that all project activities remain compliant. Your day-to-day involves managing site work and logistics efficiently, maintaining relationships with a wide array of stakeholders including customers, architects, union representatives, and subcontractors, and implementing Mortenson's Zero Injury Safety Program. You will exercise mature judgment to solve unprecedented problems on complex projects while ensuring accurate, complete, and timely delivery of scheduling products.
