Lauth Investigations is seeking a high-performance Senior Sales Strategist to serve as the elite escalation point for high-value or highly skeptical claimants. This role is designed for a confident, results-driven professional who bridges the gap between initial outreach and successful asset recovery. You will step in when claims have stalled, re-establishing trust and guiding complex cases to a successful resolution.
As the senior voice of authority, you will address skepticism, compliance concerns, and objections that have halted progress. Your day-to-day involves reviewing stalled or unresponsive claims to develop strategic re-engagement plans for hot, warm, and cold leads. You will take full ownership of high-value "Complex Claim" campaigns, conducting targeted research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage using verified databases.
In this position, you will collaborate with genealogists and internal research teams to ensure the defensibility of claims. Your primary objective is to re-establish communication using a consultative, trust-based approach, converting hesitant prospects into signed agreements through a clear explanation of contingency agreements and legal requirements. You will guide claimants through the execution of legal documents to ensure timely recovery while maintaining meticulous documentation of all outreach efforts within the CRM.
This is a 100% commission-based position offering significant earning potential for high-level closers. Your income is directly tied to your ability to re-engage claimants and close complex cases. You will earn a 20% commission on the company's earned fee for all successfully recovered claims of $50,000 and above, with no cap on your earnings.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based, independent environment. The ideal candidate is both persuasive and analytical, able to use data and research to build a logical case for the claimant. You must possess a "never-give-up" attitude toward stalled leads and the ability to quickly establish rapport with high-net-worth individuals and skeptical heirs. Executive presence is essential, as you must project credibility and authority in all communications. Additionally, a high level of ethics is required, with an absolute commitment to transparency and ethical contingency-based recovery.
