About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Strategist to serve as the critical escalation point for high-value or highly skeptical claimants. This role bridges the gap between initial outreach and successful engagement by re-establishing trust, addressing objections, and guiding claimants through the final steps of the recovery process.
Designed for a confident communicator, this position is where you step in when a claim has stalled, a claimant has become unresponsive, or additional credibility and reassurance are required to move the process forward. You will take ownership of complex cases, leading them from hesitation to resolution while upholding our mission of "Rightfully Returning Assets."
Day in the Life
Your work involves reviewing stalled or unresponsive claims across various campaigns to develop strategic re-engagement plans. You will act as the senior voice of authority, addressing skepticism and compliance concerns with clarity. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to targeted research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage, often collaborating with genealogists and internal research teams.
In your outreach efforts, you will utilize a consultative, trust-based approach to re-establish communication. You will clearly explain contingency agreements and documentation requirements, guiding claimants through the execution of legal documents. Your goal is to convert hesitant prospects into signed agreements while maintaining full transparency, ensuring seamless handoffs between sales, research, and claims processing teams.
