About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to lead and expand our presence in Roanoke, Virginia. This position is uniquely designed for a business-generating attorney with an existing book of business who is ready to plug into a firm that offers strong operational support.
In this role, you will maintain autonomy over your caseload while leveraging firm resources to grow your practice and increase your earnings. You will represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations across Southwest Virginia, handling matters ranging from divorce and custody to equitable distribution and protective orders. Beyond legal representation, you will play a key strategic role in expanding the firm's footprint in the Roanoke and Southwest Virginia markets by developing new client relationships and referral sources.
