We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Florida family law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
This position plays a critical role in assisting attorneys with all phases of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and related matters. You will partner closely with our legal team to navigate complex emotional situations while ensuring strict adherence to Florida family law rules and court procedures. The role requires a professional demeanor capable of handling confidential information and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
