About the Role
Our prestigious legal team is seeking an experienced and professional Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic group. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about the law who wants to take their career to the next level.
In this fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you will provide comprehensive legal administrative support to our team of attorneys, with a specific focus on litigation matters. Your day-to-day will involve managing complex attorney calendars, coordinating travel, handling billing and invoicing, and assisting with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and liaising with clients and witnesses. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and positive relationships are maintained at all times while keeping our filing systems organized and secure.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- verifiedProficiency in legal research software
- verifiedKnowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal document formatting
