This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership and customers, bridging the gap between complex technical data and business value. You will act as the primary point of contact for Prospector customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from discovery through close. Your role involves advising customers on how Prospector integrates into their existing product development, formulation, and sourcing workflows, while building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
You will support the development of multi-year account plans by providing insight on materials intelligence and supplier marketing solutions. By sharing customer needs, pain points, and industry trends with product and service managers, you will directly contribute to the evolution of Prospector's strategy. This role requires you to leverage technical and industry credibility to build strong relationships with buyers, product developers, engineers, and centers of influence across key industries.
