The RF, ASIC & MMIC Design Department is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to serve as the RF Electronics Test Lead for our renowned RF design team. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, mission-critical solutions that align with program goals and timelines.
As the Sr. RF Electronics Engineer Test Lead, you will provide leadership and technical expertise to oversee deliverables and conduct test validations related to RF Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Design Verification Testing (DVT), production testing, as well as support electronics development efforts. You will act as the technical interface between the test team and program leadership, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to drive success.
This is an onsite role based in McKinney, TX. The position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required government-issued clearance.

Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related engineering discipline. Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Capable of preparing technical review documentation with minimal oversight. Strong knowledge of RF/Digital electronics and practical experience across all phases of the product development lifecycle. Expertise in design and testing of up-down converters, synthesizers, cascade analysis, circuit card assembly design and fabrication, and high-speed data converter test/characterization. Proficiency in writing Python scripts to automate test equipment control. Background in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints, including yield and margin analysis.
