As a Senior RF Antenna Engineer, you will join Kymeta's research and antenna design team to develop next-generation satellite communications services. You will leverage metamaterial technology to create flat, thinner, lighter, and more efficient solutions that outperform traditional satellite antenna technologies. In this role, you will own projects from conception through hardware qualification, championing ideas in a dynamic, multifunctional environment. You will collaborate closely with software, system, and mechanical engineers to design verification prototypes and drive the development of state-of-the-art electronically scanned antennas.
Kymeta is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $140k - $200k, with compensation packages tailored to each candidate's unique skill set, experience, and geography. The total compensation package includes an annual target bonus of 10%, stock options, and a competitive benefits package. Benefits include a choice of two medical plans, Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts, Vision & Dental, Life/AD&D, an Employee Assistance Program, and 401k. Exempt employees enjoy flexible PTO and 12 paid holidays, while nonexempt employees receive 15 vacation days, 7 sick days, and 12 paid holidays.
