We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and drive the ongoing evolution of our recruiting function. In this high-growth environment, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of staffing programs across a geographically dispersed organization.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders, offering guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices. This role requires operating with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating effectively within a matrixed environment. You will partner with business units to source, select, and hire qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for our internal clients. Additionally, you will provide guidance to junior team members, coaching functional business leaders on staffing goals and the selection process.
