As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds to drive innovation in a field defined by complexity. This role is designed for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box and collaborating with motivated engineers. You will be at the forefront of architecting new designs, analyzing algorithm nuances, developing novel models, and supporting the live testing of tactical systems.
Your work will involve developing models and simulations to support system design, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will actively participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while also mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts.
