Our Electronic Protection team consists of systems engineers and sensor architects working in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products for major customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds to drive the next generation of defense solutions. This role is designed for those who thrive on technical challenges that require thinking outside the box. You will engage in a collaborative environment where hard work is the fun part, focusing on architecting new designs, analyzing algorithm nuances, and developing novel models.
Your day-to-day will involve developing detailed simulations to support system design evaluation and conducting data analysis to assess performance. You will write verification plans and test procedures, ensuring traceability to specifications, while supporting integration, testing, and certification activities. You will also participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts.
