As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds to drive innovation in Electronic Protection. This role is designed for those who seek a lifetime of challenge and a career where hard work is the fun part. You will engage in a collaborative environment, architecting new designs, analyzing algorithm nuances, developing novel models, and supporting the live testing of tactical systems.
Your day-to-day will involve developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical issues to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts.
