As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of systems engineers and sensor architects dedicated to delivering quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. You will partner with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to participate in landmark reviews of Radar System products.
Your day will involve developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess system performance, and writing verification plans and test procedures with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, evaluate results, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
Our team supports a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
