This Senior Proposal Specialist role is designed to support business development efforts for multimillion-dollar U.S. government opportunities, both nationwide and overseas. You will serve as a strategic partner to technical, management, and marketing professionals, driving the federal pursuit strategy from pre-positioning through final submission. The position focuses on environmental remediation, civil works, and water resilience contracts, requiring you to craft compelling win messages that highlight company differentiators while ensuring strict compliance with solicitation requirements.
In this role, you will leverage AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to analyze market trends, automate opportunity tracking, and gain actionable insights into competitor positioning. Your day-to-day involves managing comprehensive proposal development for projects of diverse scale and complexity, organizing strategic meetings and color evaluations, and mentoring proposal coordinators. You will collaborate across geographically dispersed teams to craft unified submissions and engage in client debriefs to drive continuous improvement in our pursuit efforts.
