As a Senior Proposal Specialist in the Federal Market, you will support business development efforts for multimillion-dollar U.S. government opportunities, both nationwide and overseas. This role exists to drive our pursuit strategy and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions for environmental remediation, civil works, and water resilience contracts.
In this position, you will collaborate with technical, management, and marketing professionals across the firm to craft unified and consistent submissions. You will direct the federal pursuit strategy, handling pre-positioning and capture planning, while utilizing AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to analyze trends and gain actionable insights into competitor positioning. Your day-to-day involves overseeing comprehensive proposal development from initial capture to submission and presentation, developing compelling win messages, and organizing proposal-related activities such as kickoff sessions and color evaluations. You will also guide proposal coordinators through mentorship and engage in client debriefs to drive ongoing improvements in our pursuit efforts.
