About the Role
The Senior Pursuits Associate serves as the strategic marketing point of contact for assigned business units, leading the development of responses to RFQs/RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. This role is designed for a proactive, high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing complex deadlines with creative problem-solving.
In this position, you will drive efficiencies and develop processes that support the marketing department's goals. You will collaborate closely with business unit leaders, graphics and branding teams, and corporate resources to craft compelling narratives and visual materials. Reporting to a pursuits or marketing manager with minimal supervision, you will act as a mentor and resource to other pursuits associates, helping to standardize best practices and optimize the team's workflow.
