What You Bring to the Table
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to deliver exceptional results to clients. You may also lead project teams on complicated projects with limited resources. Your journey will involve managing construction projects from beginning to end in accordance with the requirements of the "Super Six." You will be responsible for the preparation of complete closeouts, including submitting Final Pay Apps, Waivers, O&M Manuals, and attic stock within 30 days of substantial completion. Additionally, you will train and develop Project Managers while supporting the Operations Manager and Business Unit Leader.
This position requires travel to project sites and overnight stays. You will need a working knowledge of or a willingness to learn software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
