We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business management of commercial projects within our core markets. This role is designed for a flexible, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to mentoring the next generation of construction leaders.
In this position, you will serve as the ultimate point of contact for owners and architects, ensuring 100% detailed knowledge of the project scope. You will manage a diverse team including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators, challenging and supporting them to deliver high-quality work. Your day-to-day involves resolving complex issues, maintaining project financials, and driving customer satisfaction while fostering a strong team morale.
