About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our estimating department. This role is critical to the success of our projects, serving as the bridge between concept and bid submission. You will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive cost estimates that drive our project viability.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market conditions. You will analyze complex project documents and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every estimate reflects the true scope and value of the work.
