About the Role
The Project Manager plays a key role in driving process improvement, banking systems transformation, and organizational change across the bank. This position partners with teams across all departments to evaluate current processes, lead large-scale system initiatives, recommend improvements, develop documentation, and support the implementation of new policies, procedures, controls, and enabling technologies.
The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership skills, deep knowledge of banking systems, and experience leading large-scale multi-phase transformation efforts. You will navigate complex change across business and technology teams, incorporating modern solutions and AI into execution workflows to enhance business performance.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role based in a standard office environment with regular seated work. The position requires onsite presence Monday through Friday, though remote or hybrid flexibility may be available depending on business needs. Occasional evenings, weekends, or schedule flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines. Travel may be necessary based on specific project needs.
