The Manufacturing Development team defines the 'What', 'When', 'Why', and 'How' for manufacturing, spanning new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI), and ongoing operations. We are dedicated to championing best practices across global manufacturing engineering teams and managing the rollout of the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP) across multiple product lines.

About the Role

Anduril is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Development Project Engineer to grow and implement the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP). This comprehensive framework enables Manufacturing Engineering teams to pull production readiness to the left and produce effectively at scale.

In this role, you will distill Anduril's vision for manufacturing into actionable initiatives and deploy them across products, teams, and sites. You will serve as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, requiring a mix of business and technical acumen with a strong focus on the product lifecycle and concurrent engineering principles. Your day-to-day will involve socializing business processes with cross-functional stakeholders, leading MDP rollouts for specific product lines, and creating data visualization dashboards to highlight manufacturing risks.
