Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview project documents to accurately develop baseline schedules
- check_circlePerform progress schedule updates and prepare comprehensive reporting
- check_circleConduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions
- check_circleConduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages
- check_circleManage cost and resource reporting
- check_circleCommunicate project status and challenges effectively to stakeholders
- check_circleReview contractor progress and present findings to management for decision-making
- check_circleDevelop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support project programs
- check_circleDevelop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules
- check_circleIdentify and evaluate risks and impacts within project schedules
Requirements
- verifiedFive or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry
- verifiedBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field (waivable with 5+ years experience)
- verifiedProficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
- verifiedAbility to accurately interpret construction documents
- verifiedKnowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences
- verifiedExperience developing construction project schedules for projects over $100M
- verifiedFamiliarity with contractual clauses as they apply to planning and scheduling
- verifiedAACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification(s) preferred
