About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is vital for driving project success from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as the central hub for project sequencing, resource allocation, and labor forecasting within a fast-paced construction environment.
In this position, you will partner with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather progress updates and analyze schedule performance. Your work will directly influence leadership decisions by providing clear insights into critical paths and potential delays. The ideal candidate thrives on organizing complex data into actionable weekly and monthly reports, ensuring that all schedule changes are properly documented and communicated.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- verified2–5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls
- verifiedProficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (or Primavera P6) required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience with multi-phase or multi-trade commercial construction projects. Familiarity with cost and resource-loaded scheduling. Experience working with field teams and GCs/subcontractors.
