About the Team

We are a growing electrical and energy-focused organization supporting utility-scale infrastructure projects across transmission, substations, renewable energy, and battery energy storage systems. Our team works on complex HV/MV electrical construction initiatives, partnering closely with engineering, preconstruction, and field operations to deliver accurate and competitive project bids.

About the Role

As an Estimator for Transmission & Distribution, you will play a key role in project planning and drive smart bidding decisions for high-impact power and infrastructure projects. This position exists to ensure our team can deliver accurate cost estimates and execution plans that influence project profitability and strategy.

In this collaborative environment, you will work on complex electrical projects, reviewing RFP packages and performing detailed material and labor take-offs. You will attend field walkdowns with superintendents and customer representatives, then coordinate with subcontractors to finalize pricing and timelines. Your work will culminate in developing comprehensive proposals, including schedules and cash flow projections, which you will present during bid review discussions before handing off completed estimates to project managers.
