About the Role
Riverbay Corporation is seeking a Licensed Electrician with extensive supervisory experience to lead electrical maintenance operations across our residential, commercial, and public properties. This role is critical for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage systems and large mechanical equipment.
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will oversee electrical functions, perform complex repairs on systems up to 480 volts, and manage the installation of new equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, and lighting fixtures. Your day will involve a blend of routine preventive maintenance, emergency response, and strategic oversight to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
