About the Role
The Senior Product Solutions Analyst (Project Hire) serves as a strategic bridge between business needs and technical execution within the Digital and Marketing Platforms group. This role is dedicated to supporting the delivery and optimization of Talent Connection digital products and marketing technologies, ensuring that the Career Site and CRM platforms effectively drive Talent Acquisition Marketing initiatives.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Workforce Technology, People Insights, Domains teams, and external vendors to execute roadmap priorities, manage analytics initiatives, and maintain rigorous digital compliance operations. The position is designed for a professional who can translate complex business and marketing requirements into actionable technical specifications and scalable solutions.
A Day in the Life
Your work will span the full product lifecycle, from agile backlog management and sprint planning to user acceptance testing and release validation. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance platform performance and resolve issues in partnership with internal technology teams and vendors. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to data management, where you will develop and maintain Tableau dashboards leveraging Snowflake data sources to provide actionable insights for the Talent Acquisition Marketing teams.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in digital governance, managing cookie consent and preference operations using OneTrust and Adobe platforms. You will ensure that domain configurations, vanity URLs, and marketing campaign assets adhere to enterprise privacy and digital data standards, collaborating with legal and privacy teams to maintain compliance.
