Operations Infrastructure Services (OIS) is a critical component of Amazon's Worldwide Operations & Robotics team. With an unparalleled scope, we design, deploy, and support IT and network infrastructure, devices, and services across Amazon's Global Fulfillment Centers, Transportation (Middle Mile, Last Mile, and Logistics), and Specialty Customer Solutions. Our ecosystem ranges from Amazon lockers to Amazon's Air Hubs.
Within OIS, the Continuous Infrastructure Automation team owns the Network Automation systems. We are dedicated to building scalable solutions that drive efficiency across the global network.
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own the product development of our network onboarding products and services. In this role, you will partner with strong technical stewards to drive the long-term vision through the development of vision documents, definition of business requirements, and launch and post-launch measurement.
As a key player with partner teams across the company, you will align interests and implement scalable solutions. You will spearhead high-impact projects, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make trade-offs, and balance business needs against technical constraints. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, possessing strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A day in the life involves not only developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives but also rolling up your sleeves to dig in and get the job done. You will take large, complex projects, break them down into manageable pieces, and deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, the ability to influence, and analytical talent are essential to success in this role.
Amazon offers a full range of benefits for you and eligible family members, including domestic partners. Additional offerings include health insurance, mental health support, flexible spending accounts, and adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverage.
