About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the global customer experience (CX) for our lending marketplace. This role presents a unique opportunity to build vision, define roadmaps, and execute on product areas that grow our global lending ecosystem. You will work closely with technology, data, and science organizations to optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identify friction points, and enhance conversion, satisfaction, and retention across all touchpoints. Your work will directly influence the Amazon Lending experience for NGS and Amelia, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels and markets.

Requirements
