Labcorp's Oncology Product Team is dedicated to delivering highly differentiated diagnostic tests that address the evolving needs of the biopharma and laboratory markets. We operate at the intersection of science and business, ensuring our solutions drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth across the oncology portfolio. Our mission is to provide optimal client ordering-to-reporting experiences while aligning with market trends and achieving key business objectives.
As a Senior Product Manager for Oncology (Hematologic Malignancies), you will serve as the voice of the customer and the strategic owner of the heme portfolio. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex molecular science and commercial success, guiding tests and services from initiation to sunset. You will drive lifecycle strategy for a diverse range of offerings, including biopharma services, laboratory-developed tests (LDTs), and kitted IVDs.
In this position, you will deeply collaborate with internal functions including Product Marketing, Science, Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy, Market Access, and Revenue Cycle Management. Externally, you will engage with hospitals, health systems, oncologists, pathologists, and precision medicine thought leaders. Your day-to-day involves developing multi-year product strategies based on deep customer insights, defining disease-specific reflex algorithms, and optimizing the end-to-end testing experience. You will also build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to facilitate engagement and promote the adoption of our solutions in areas such as AML, MDS, ALL, CLL, NHL, and MM.
