We are seeking a strategic, technology-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our global device + connectivity ecosystem, with a strong focus on the U.S. market and expanding digital healthcare capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of medical devices, SaaS, connectivity, and healthcare workflow innovation.
You will play a critical role in bringing integrated hardware and software solutions to market that connect hospital systems, EMR platforms, clinicians, and families throughout the lactation journey. As a key contributor, you will bridge technical, clinical, and commercial perspectives to drive the future of NICU and maternity care technology.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- verified8+ years of product management, solution management, or innovation experience within regulated healthcare or MedTech environments
- verifiedExperience with FDA and MDR regulated markets
- verifiedHybrid role with onsite expectations three days per week in McHenry, IL
- verifiedTravel up to 10–20%
- verifiedExposure to clinical and hospital environments required
Nice to Have
Experience with EMR integrations, healthcare connectivity platforms, or digital clinical workflows. Background in NICU, maternity care, lactation, or hospital-based workflows. Experience working in global organizations and highly matrixed environments.
