We are looking for an engineering leader to help manage and guide one of our Spending, Saving & Investing technology teams. In this role, you will build, lead, and hire a high-calibre team of software engineers while remaining hands-on. You will ensure that technical decisions support our bar for quality and performance while mapping to company and organization-level priorities.
You will design, develop, test, and scale new and existing consumer product features, working very closely with Product Management to launch precise solutions for our users. Your focus will be on encouraging innovation and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will establish a sense of urgency and direction, setting expectations with the team and individuals while aligning team objectives with business goals. As a member of Chime's engineering leadership team, you will contribute to overall engineering initiatives and help push the technology, people, and organization envelope to explore new ways we can deliver amazement to our customers.
