About the Role
This position serves as a critical bridge between external insurance carriers and internal operational teams. The role is designed to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the evolution of our proprietary Administration system, specifically focusing on the integration of carrier insurance products. As the primary liaison, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product conversions, ensuring seamless communication and execution between carrier partners and our internal stakeholders.
You will act as the central point of coordination for carrier-related builds, system changes, and reporting updates. Beyond technical implementation, the role involves defining project scope, managing timelines, and driving process improvements to ensure the continuity and quality of product deliverables.
