About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Senior Paralegal will join our in-house legal team to provide critical support across corporate governance, real estate matters, HR, commercial contracting, and litigation. This role is designed for a collaborative professional who thrives on solving complex problems and managing diverse legal functions.
In this position, you will serve as a key partner to the legal team, handling everything from maintaining corporate minute books and preparing entity resolutions to coordinating discovery processes and drafting employment agreements. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in California corporate governance requirements and a strong understanding of real estate terms. You will be expected to exercise sound judgment, work independently on new and unfamiliar tasks, and conduct thorough research to develop well-reasoned answers. Strong organizational skills, technological savvy, and the ability to review and redline transactional documents are essential to success in this role.
Location and Work Model
This position is open to candidates located in San Diego or Orange County. The role operates primarily on a hybrid model with the potential for remote work. It requires occasional on-site presence at our corporate office in Del Mar, CA, as well as visits to properties in Newport Beach, CA, and San Diego, CA.
