We strive to be the best retailer in the USA in the eyes and minds of our customers, associates, and business partners.
The Paralegal plays a critical part in ensuring efficient contract administration, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and litigation support. This role partners closely with internal business teams to ensure legal risks are appropriately managed efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will balance legal risk with business objectives, serving as a central intake point for legal requests and a trusted expert who translates complex legal terms into clear guidance for leadership and internal teams.
At Scheels, we approach daily tasks with energy and a sense of urgency. We genuinely treat co-workers, customers, and business partners as the most important person, fostering an environment of respect and appreciation. We value a team mentality where individuals prioritize helping others before themselves, regardless of recognition. We also cultivate a deep desire to become knowledge experts in our roles, maintaining a consistent eagerness to listen, learn, and apply critical feedback. Professionalism is key; we maintain a clean and welcoming environment through adherence to our dress and grooming expectations.
