You will guide the configuration of Oracle Global HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Onboarding modules, ensuring data integrity while translating complex business requirements into effective system solutions.
In this capacity, you will manage the full lifecycle of application changes, from gathering requirements and performing impact analysis to leading user testing sessions and coordinating with consultants for implementation. The role involves collaborating with business partners to prioritize quarterly and monthly releases, developing solutions for system enhancements, and providing critical business reports to management and clients. Success in this position requires a blend of analytical thinking, project management skills, and the ability to independently resolve application issues while maintaining strong relationships across the organization.
