AI2NE strives to be a global leader in the RDMA cluster networking domain, enabling seamless, accelerated High-Performance Compute (HPC), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning advancements. Our vision is to be a pioneering force that drives the development of state-of-the-art RDMA clusters tailored specifically for AI, ML, and HPC workloads. We aim to redefine the boundaries of computational capabilities by leveraging deep expertise in optical cabling and high-speed transceivers to support millions of servers across a global Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) footprint.
This position supports the design, deployment, and operations of large-scale global OCI networks. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data center build standards, focusing on the development and support of high-speed fiber optic network fabric links and systems. Your work will span the L0/L1 physical layer and L2 protocol level, ensuring the integrity of millions of optical links connecting hundreds of thousands of network devices.
In this role, you will collaborate with L1 optical engineering, network design, delivery, AI Ops, and DC Ops teams to validate optical cabling and transceiver build quality against OCI standards. You will be responsible for break-fix support to meet RDMA cluster performance criteria, serving as the escalation point for event remediation and leading post-event root cause analysis. Additionally, you will develop automation scripts to improve build quality and support dashboards to identify link-level anomalies.
The role involves active participation in AI data center deployment rotations, requiring up to 50% domestic travel to DC build sites for optical link validations and proving recommendations for improvement and enforcement. You will help stabilize RDMA networks after turn-up and may develop new procedures to safely execute network builds and changes.
The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.
