The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as the field-based scientific and clinical expert for Innovative Medicine Oncology products across the Nebraska, Kansas, and Northern Iowa territory. This role is designed to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and clinical practice, championing patients every step of the way.
As a Senior MSL, you will act as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals, providing fair, balanced, and objective scientific information and education. Your day-to-day involves engaging in high-level scientific discussions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Opinion Leaders (OLs) to understand their perspectives on the current treatment landscape. You will identify provider educational needs, deliver tailored scientific data through effective dialog, and provide research support for both company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.
Beyond scientific exchange, you will develop and maintain strategic territory plans, foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. This role requires a deep commitment to self-education through journal clubs, educational seminars, and national congresses to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic trends.
