About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Medical Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist Director to lead the strategic and clinical direction of our pediatric hematology and oncology program while maintaining an active clinical practice. This unique opportunity allows you to combine visionary leadership with hands-on patient care.
As the Medical Director, you will provide strategic leadership to advance program goals and quality standards, overseeing the development of clinical protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program efficiency and represent the program at institutional and external meetings. Simultaneously, you will maintain a robust clinical schedule, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, tumor boards, and rounds, while mentoring advanced practice providers and junior physicians.

Requirements
