About the Team

Our Hematology/Oncology team is dedicated to excellence, operating within a dyad-led organization that balances strong physician and administrative leadership. We are proud to be an NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant recipient, offering access to cutting-edge clinical trials, and hold accreditation as an Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) by the Commission on Cancer and a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) certification.
Our program is supported by a comprehensive network including nutrition support, social workers, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, certified cancer care physical therapists, and lymphedema specialists. We leverage advanced technology, including telemedicine and virtual visits, to extend our reach across a regional service area of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. Our facilities are certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both inpatient and ambulatory care, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record adoption.
About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APCs in Fargo, ND, with anticipated future expansion. You will manage an average of 10-12 follow-up visits and 2-4 new patients per day in a consultative call-only model, where hospitalists handle admissions and overnight coverage. The role involves approximately 8-10 days of call per month and includes regional outreach to clinics in Jamestown, Lisbon, and Wahpeton, ND, as well as Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, and Fosston, MN.
You will participate in Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences and utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for seamless patient care. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment in a vibrant community.

Fargo-Moorhead is centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, just 4 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul. With a population of 180,000, the area offers a unique blend of urban amenities and small-town charm, making it an ideal place to live and work.
