About the Team

The Industrialization team is dedicated to creating, maintaining, and executing the standards for developing and industrializing manufacturing processes through a collaborative, team-based approach. Within GE Vernova's Gas Power business, the team engineers advanced, efficient natural gas-powered technologies and decarbonization solutions to help electrify a lower carbon future. As a global leader in gas turbines and power plant technologies, the team leverages the industry's largest installed base to drive innovation and operational excellence.

About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal link between process development and physical execution. You will lead equipment specification, builds, and programming, working closely with process development teams to construct machines tailored to specific processes. The role is instrumental in integrating part movement solutions into, out of, and between new and existing equipment, while supporting the building of quality directly into the process.

In this capacity, you will manage project timelines with a strong focus on safety, process quality, qualifications, and Lean principles. You will execute hands-on development of new products and processes, ensuring successful hand-offs to production teams. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor and coach less experienced engineers, identifying and eliminating waste while leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact. The role requires a deep commitment to continuous improvement through Kaizen activities and collaboration on breakthrough initiatives.

Work Environment & Location

This is a 100% onsite role located at the GE Vernova facility in Greenville, SC (Garlington Road). The position operates within a manufacturing environment and may require off-shift or flexible schedules to meet project timelines. Due to access to export-controlled technology, this role is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act). Final offers are contingent upon the ability to obtain necessary government authorization for access to this information.

Culture & Inclusion

At GE Vernova, we believe in the value of your unique identity, background, and experiences. We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered to do their best work because they feel accepted, respected, and that they belong. We offer a robust benefits package designed to reward high performers and support a healthy, balanced lifestyle, including opportunities for career growth, on-the-job learning, and development.

Application & Eligibility

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen. Relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates.
