About the Team

Premier Aerospace NY is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering diversity in its staff. We strongly encourage applications from the entire spectrum of a diverse community. Our team operates in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where we drive excellence across our manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on highly complex Aerospace components.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and shape the future of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing production efficiency, enhancing product quality, and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. You will partner closely with machinists to answer questions and address issues arising during the machining of complex parts, while collaborating with design and quality engineering to resolve product deviations.

Your day will involve leading a manufacturing team to ensure successful product execution on the shop floor, from preparedness to in-process support. You will validate processes by running prove-outs, create final work instructions, and participate in Design for Manufacturing meetings. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to complex engineering challenges while implementing lean process improvements to meet schedule and cost targets.

Hiring Process & Application

We welcome previous team members to apply; if hired, your seniority will be reinstated. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Please submit your application to join our team in making a tangible impact.

Culture & Benefits

We offer a competitive wages and benefit package designed to support our employees. This includes a significant contribution to health insurance (Highmark BC/BS and Univera Health options), employer-paid dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. We also provide a 20% profit-sharing plan, paid vacation and personal time, and 10.5 paid holidays, offering three to four-day weekends annually. Additional perks include flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and a premier work environment.
