The Global Business Systems team serves as the strategic backbone of this ecosystem, building the internal platforms that power both our Managed Service and Self-Service advertising businesses. As the Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead a large, high-performing team of Product Managers to build and scale the infrastructure that fuels our advertising engine. This role is not just about managing a team; it is about defining the roadmap for a complex internal tools ecosystem, including CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS).
You will own the strategy for account and identity governance, overseeing the permissions and access architecture for a global network of advertisers, agencies, and technology partners. Additionally, you will lead the modernization of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), ensuring our systems can handle the scale of a massive omnichannel business while bridging the gap between high-touch manual workflows and automated self-service paths.
