About the Role
The Senior Manager, Product Management - Community Resource Directory (CRD) serves as a strategic partner to the CRD team, driving the evolution of the tool across all Lines of Business (LOBs) both internally and externally. This role exists to ensure the CRD remains a vital, compliant, and innovative asset that meets the complex needs of our diverse stakeholders.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will guide the organization's growth by evaluating performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering an agile, collaborative environment. Your day-to-day involves engaging with senior stakeholders to define product vision, translating business requirements into actionable roadmaps, and overseeing the quality of work produced by CRD specialists. You will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), training internal teams and external partners, while managing the full lifecycle of CRD projects from intake and prioritization to release and feedback analysis.
